The house has two entrances, plus a door from the second-floor kitchen and an additional exit to the yard via a spiral staircase. On the first floor, there is a hallway, a lounge with sofas and a fireplace, and a small kitchenette. In addition, the first floor has a small refrigerator, a TV, and a washing machine. There is also a sauna anteroom, a toilet, a sauna room, and a pool, along with a wood-heated sauna that can accommodate 4–5 people at a time. The second floor features a stair hall with two sofas, a small table, and a TV. The sofas can be unfolded if needed, but they are not very comfortable for sleeping. Next is a kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, and a dining table with 10 chairs. From the kitchen, you can enter a small room with shelves for bed linens, a mirror, and doors leading to two toilets and a shower room. There are also three bedrooms on the second floor. The first bedroom has one large 180 cm bed, the second has two 120 cm beds, and the third has two 140 cm beds. In the yard, there is a terrace with garden furniture and a grill. The house is located 200 meters from the river. Nearby, there is a health trail and a swimming area.

Shops, shopping malls, boutiques, venues are 15-25 minutes walk away. The house has been completely renovated inside, caught as much as possible to preserve the original. Interior is retro, urban and modern comforts have been added. There are 2 + 3 beds in the house: bedroom with double bed (130 cm), living room with a sofa bed, sofa and a single bed. TV (24 channel). WiFi (10 MB) The house also has a small closed 300 m2 courtyard and barbecue. Free parking in front of the house. In exceptional circumstances (in the absence of a parking space on the street), it´s possible to park the car in a closed courtyard.
