A spacious house up to 9 people in the quiet and calm area of Saaremaas south-eastern part, 1,5 km from the sea. Kuressaare is located 30 km away. On the ground floor one can find a living room with a fire-place, an open-plan kitchen, a shower room, WC, a small restroom in front of the shower room. There are 4 separate bedrooms on the houses first floor. There are altogether 9 beds in the house. It is possible to get 2 extra beds (for additional remuneration, camp beds). TV. Possibility for barbecue. SAUNA. A large privacy-affording lot around the house, where children have space for running, playing. There is also a sandpit for children. A small bower for spending summer evenings. Parking next to the house. The house is located 1.5 km from the sea and 2 km from the beach. The beach is easily accessible by car. There´s stony seacoast, but sandy seabed. The slightly sloping seabed makes bathing particularly suitable for children. Farm cows graze the coastal landscape.

The house consists of a kitchen+dining room, 3 bedrooms, a sauna complex, WC. One of the bedrooms has been converted from an old kiln room which offers coolness in the summer heat. The sauna complex consists of a large rest room, shower room and sauna. The house has its own terrace. There are 2 broad double beds, couch/bed, 2 single beds. TV, DVD player, washing machine, air condiitioning, sauna. The house is surrounded by large, unfenced grounds. Possibility of barbequing. Pets allowed. Parking in the yard of the house. NB! On Saaremaa island, water is often ferrous and we recommend bottled water for drinking.

The near-by reeds offer experiences for bird-watchers. There is a nesting place for a rare and protected sea eagle.on the grounds. Beautiful sandy beach (Valgerand) is only 5 kms away. Smaller swimming places are within a few kilometres. Audru golf course is 5 kms away. One of the beaches is only 300 m away from the house!). Because of its location it is easy to arrange day trips from Viljandi to other parts of Estonia and even further.

A two-storey holiday home by the sea is located in the southern part of Continental Estonia, in Pärnumaa - Treimani. The sea with its sandy beach is only 100 m away. Especially suitable for a holiday with family or friends! Before 24.06.2018 and after 5.08.2018 the cottage floors can be rented as a separate floor (separate entrances). Because of its location Treimani offers the possibility to get acquainted with diffrent parts of Estonia. The drive along seaside roads from Häädemeeste to Treimani offers great views: the beach, sandy dunes covered with pine trees, meadows by the sea. In one day one can make a tour of Central and Southern Estonia: the second largest city Tartu, a well-known wintersport centre Otepää, the highest point in Estonia - Suur Munamäe in Võrumaa.
