There is also a possibility to go fishing on sea and river. The property has boat platform, boat, swimming place. Free of charge parking place, bicycle and in front of the cottage there is terrace equipped with garden furniture and barbecue.

House with pool and sauna in the beach area of Pärnu! This house is located in the summer capital of Estonia – Pärnu. It is renovated in 2016 and is suitable for up to 14 people. Quiet beach area between the river and the sea. House has 2 floors. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with a dining table, a small kitchenette and a fireplace. Recreation- room door leads to the terrace with a garden furniture. On the ground floor you can also find a sauna, swimming pool, shower room and a wc. 2 bedrooms on the second floor. Both rooms have their own bathroom with a toilet and a small kitchenette. There are 10 beds: first floor - in the bedrooms 2 double-beds and 6 single beds. The house is situated in the guesthouses internal garden. The garden is large (1500 m2) and perfect for resting, leisure and children activities. The garden has a sitting area and barbecue facilities. In the remote corner of the garden is a pergola where you can enjoy sun shade. There is free parking space in the courtyard front of the house. Opposite the house is a river bank where is the largest childrens playground in town. Pärnu city center with its sights, numerous restaurants, SPAs and other leisure time possibilities are 100m -1 km away. The beach is about 7 minute walking distance away, Child friendly location.

Summer house in Pärnu County, near to Lotte Village Theme Park! Sea - 600 meters! A two-storey summer house for up to 6(+2) people. A good opportunity to come with your family and spend some time in childrens playground nearby called –Lottemaa. Sea, sandy beach and pine forest are walking distance away. Pärnu is only 10 km away. On the ground floor there is a kitchen-living room and a bathroom+WC. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms: one private and the other one is open-planned.. We offer an opportunity to rest in a beautiful small town Viljandi in the south of Estonia. Our holiday house is located in a quiet residential area and accommodates up to 6 people. We are open all year round. Our holiday home is situated in a far corner of the plot which provides opportunity for privacy. Enclosed garden, rest areas, barbecue facilities. For children there is a sandbox, swings, trampoline. A short walk away is a sandy beachfront which is set on the shore of the Lake Paala. Viljandi City Center is about a 15-minute walk away. Viljandi is considered as the Estonian capital of culture. Here are the theater, Viljandi Culture Academy, Viljandi Folk Music Festival–most famous summer folk festival in Estonia. Sport enthusiasts can enjoy bike marathons and hikes around the lake of Viljandi. Viljandis biggest pride is considered to be the historical ruins of the fort with a beautiful view over the lake of Viljandi. If you are interested in visiting different regions of Estonia, Viljandi is just the right place for you: if you`re looking a peaceful location with spectacular views.

House for 5 persons near the Pärnu beach area. All necessary for a holiday is within a walking distance. Beach and Water Park is 15 minutes by foot, market 700m, city center 1km. Shops, shopping malls, boutiques, venues are 15-25 minutes walk away. The house has been completely renovated inside, caught as much as possible to preserve the original. Interior is retro, urban and modern comforts have been added. There are 2 + 3 beds in the house: bedroom with double bed (130 cm), living room with a sofa bed, sofa and a single bed. TV (24 channel). WiFi (10 MB) The house also has a small closed 300 m2 courtyard and barbecue. Free parking in front of the house. In exceptional circumstances (in the absence of a parking space on the street), it´s possible to park the car in a closed courtyard.

A cozy cottage house in the midst of the wild nature of Matsalu National Park, where there are several observation towers and hiking trails. Resort towns Pärnu, Haapsalu and Kuressaare are just a short drive away. The cottage is perfect for bird watchers and nature-lovers. Fits 8 people (10 with extra places). The cottage has 2 floors. On the ground floor, there is an open kitchen-dining room, a wood-fired sauna, shower, wc and an open living room with fireplace and a few beds. An open staircase leads to the second floor where there is a spacious living room with tv, sofa and a few single beds. There are two small bunk beds hidden under the ceiling (fits 2X2 people), often the favourite of older children. A door leads to a small terrace (can be locked with a key, for the safety of children). There are also two bedrooms on the second floor – one bedroom with two separate beds (can be put together to one double bed) and a bedroom with a double sofa bed and a single bed + an extra double hidden bed under the ceiling. The house features a cozy yard with a summer terrace and a summer room with a double bed. The house is neighboured by a summer house and a separate yard of the owners of the cottage. The other neighbours are further away and in general the surroundings are very silent.

We are open to the tourists since 2004 and we are welcoming you all year long. We offer a service to our guests in Estonian, Russian, English and Finnish languages. The smaller house is suitable for 6 people . One can relax here in a reviving wood heated sauna and enjoy the heat of an open fireplace. The kitchen corner has everything needed (dishes, a stove, a coffee maker, a toaster), there is a fridge, a TV, a radio and a microwave in the fireplace room. The bed sheets and the towels are included in the price. One could sit on the arbour and enjoy the magic moments with fiddling grasshoppers and the fish playing in the pond.
