The house, surrounded by a fence, houses four unique apartments, each telling its own story. A word of caution: the staircase leading to this particular apartment is steep and narrow, lending a touch of quirkiness that may not be suitable for those with impaired mobility. The apartment has a generous balcony that beckons you to embrace outdoor living. Savour the tranquillity of your surroundings as you unwind with a good book or a glass of wine and relish the company of loved ones under the open sky. With approximately 50 square meters of thoughtfully designed space, this retreat offers a cosy and inviting ambiance. The apartment features a queen-sized bed and a comfortable sofa, providing sleeping arrangements for 3 people. Should you require additional place, we are pleased to offer an extra foldable bed and a baby bed. Apartment is designed as a loft - so no separate bedrooms, just a sleeping coner. New holiday apartment in a new house for up to four people in Pärnu, Mai district. The nearest beach and promenade are a 5-8 minute walk away. Pärnus main beach is only 5 minutes away by car (about 35 minutes on foot). The apartment has a living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom, a shower + WC. The apartment has a total of 2+2 beds (a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room). The apartment is well suited for families. The apartment has free Wi-Fi. Free parking. The Männituka cottage was built in 2022 and is meant for year-round use. The cottage has everything you need for a pleasant vacation or remote work in the middle of nature. An air source heater and floor heating covering the entire house ensure that the house is just as warm and cozy in the fall and winter season as it is in the summer. On hot summer days, the air conditioner offers pleasant cooling. The house has 2 bedrooms – room no. 1 has one double bed and room no. 2 can have 2 single beds or 1 double bed. The open mezzanine has a large sleeping place for two. In spacious kitchen-living room there is a sofa for relaxation, dining table for 6 and TV. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, stove, oven, dishwasher and dishes. The cottage has a shower room and a toilet. There is also a small sauna room in the cottage house, which is primarily for use in the autumn and winter period. During the summer period, we offer a separate outside sauna house for use. From the sauna, which comfortably accommodates up to 6 people, a view of the beautiful pine forest opens through the large window. The sauna also has a shower and rest room with modern sound equipment. The Cottage house and the sauna house are connected by a large 120m² terrace. The terrace has a 6x3m swimming pool with heating and filter system, an outdoor shower, deck chairs, a large dining table and a gas grill. In addition, there is a separate patio on the terrace, which can be closed with a sliding glass partition for a cooler evening if needed. The patio has terrace furniture and electric infrared patio heater.

Apartment is located on the second floor of a two-storey building (no lift). The windows are in the backyard, so it is very quiet. The room has one double bed and a small sofa bed. This compact, all-comfort cottage is located on the shores of a small waterfront in Kuiaru, Pärnu county. Pärnu’s city line is a 15-minute drive away. The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min). The bus schedule is not very busy (∼2 times a day) in the area, so a car is required to stay with us. There are parking spaces for several cars right next to the house. The newly built house has two cozy bedrooms, an open kitchen-living room and a bathroom. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. The hall has spacious closets for storing things. The bedrooms will accommodate four people, plus there is a sofa bed in the living room for two more guests. The house is surrounded by a large and spacious terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture and a built-in hot tub (sauna) with a bubble system. The terrace offers a beautiful view to the water, it is nice to go and cool yourself down in the summer, maybe even the first thing in the morning. :) Well-behaved pets are allowed, but please note that the property is not surrounded with a fence! Check-in from 3 pm, check-out at 11 am. Use of the hot-tub sauna is possible at an additional cost and needs to be booked in advance.

Holiday Cottage for 6 people in Saaremaa. The house is located 8 km from Kuressaare in Vatsküla. The cottage is near a public road, but it is still a very nice and quiet place, where you can listen to both forest noises and birdsong.

Saadumäe farm is located in Saaremaa, Saaremetsa küla. Large, 2023 respectfully renovated country house in a private location, on its own large plot. There is also a sauna on the plot and an outbuilding from the older building stock. Park meadows and forests are right next door. Very good opportunities for outdoor activities in nature, mowed forest paths are available. About 2 km to the sea, the distance to the swimming spots is longer. The bigger road is about 1 km, the nearest neighbor on the other side of the hay field is about 300 m away.
