We offer an opportunity to rest in a beautiful small town Viljandi in the south of Estonia. Our holiday house is located in a quiet residential area and accommodates up to 6 people. We are open all year round. Our holiday home is situated in a far corner of the plot which provides opportunity for privacy. Enclosed garden, rest areas, barbecue facilities. For children there is a sandbox, swings, trampoline. A short walk away is a sandy beachfront which is set on the shore of the Lake Paala. Viljandi City Center is about a 15-minute walk away. Viljandi is considered as the Estonian capital of culture. Here are the theater, Viljandi Culture Academy, Viljandi Folk Music Festival–most famous summer folk festival in Estonia. Sport enthusiasts can enjoy bike marathons and hikes around the lake of Viljandi. Viljandis biggest pride is considered to be the historical ruins of the fort with a beautiful view over the lake of Viljandi. If you are interested in visiting different regions of Estonia, Viljandi is just the right place for you: if you`re looking a peaceful location with spectacular views.

House for 5 persons near the Pärnu beach area. All necessary for a holiday is within a walking distance. Beach and Water Park is 15 minutes by foot, market 700m, city center 1km. Shops, shopping malls, boutiques, venues are 15-25 minutes walk away. The house has been completely renovated inside, caught as much as possible to preserve the original. Interior is retro, urban and modern comforts have been added. There are 2 + 3 beds in the house: bedroom with double bed (130 cm), living room with a sofa bed, sofa and a single bed. TV (24 channel). WiFi (10 MB) The house also has a small closed 300 m2 courtyard and barbecue. Free parking in front of the house. In exceptional circumstances (in the absence of a parking space on the street), it´s possible to park the car in a closed courtyard.

On the ground floor one can find a living room with a fire-place, an open-plan kitchen, a shower room, WC, a small restroom in front of the shower room. There are 4 separate bedrooms on the houses first floor. There are altogether 9 beds in the house. It is possible to get 2 extra beds (for additional remuneration, camp beds). TV. Possibility for barbecue. SAUNA. A large privacy-affording lot around the house, where children have space for running, playing. There is also a sandpit for children. A small bower for spending summer evenings. Parking next to the house. The house is located 1.5 km from the sea and 2 km from the beach. The beach is easily accessible by car. There´s stony seacoast, but sandy seabed. The slightly sloping seabed makes bathing particularly suitable for children. Farm cows graze the coastal landscape.

Smaller swimming places are within a few kilometres. Audru golf course is 5 kms away. Various cultural events of the city can be watched from the roof (possibility of sunbathing). The beach and beach promenade are 5-8 min walking distance away. In one day one can make a tour of Central and Southern Estonia: the second largest city Tartu, a well-known wintersport centre Otepää, the highest point in Estonia - Suur Munamäe in Võrumaa.
