WONDERFUL LOCATION IN PÄRNU BEACH AREA! There is a landing stage for a boat nearby the house. A 1 bedroom apartment for max. 5 persons on the ground floor of a modern two-storey house next to the river. Everything necessary for a holiday is within easy reach: SPAs, water park, small boats harbour are within a few minutes walking distance. Various cultural events of the city can be watched from the roof (possibility of sunbathing). The beach and beach promenade are 5-8 min walking distance away. Pärnu city centre and larger shopping centres are also within 7-10 min walking distance. The apartment consists of a living room with open kitchen, bedroom, shower room+WC. Altogether there are 2+3 beds: 2 beds in the bedroom (can be separatet as 2 beds), 2 additional beds on a couch/bed (incl. in the price) and 1 additional bed on a mattress-bed (incl. in the price). A two-storey holiday home by the sea is located in the southern part of Continental Estonia, in Pärnumaa - Treimani. The sea with its sandy beach is only 100 m away. Especially suitable for a holiday with family or friends! Before 24.06.2018 and after 5.08.2018 the cottage floors can be rented as a separate floor (separate entrances). Two extra beds are available for additional fee (single bed + armchair which can be opened). Altogether there is room for max. 8 (+2) people. TV. Large table in front of the house. Possibility of barbequing. By agreement and with prior notice, you can order a massage service. Because of its location Treimani offers the possibility to get acquainted with diffrent parts of Estonia. The drive along seaside roads from Häädemeeste to Treimani offers great views: the beach, sandy dunes covered with pine trees, meadows by the sea. In one day one can make a tour of Central and Southern Estonia: the second largest city Tartu, a well-known wintersport centre Otepää, the highest point in Estonia - Suur Munamäe in Võrumaa.
