Holiday apartment for up to 5 people in the center of Pärnu. All services are within walking distance: shopping centers, restaurants, Pärnu theater and concert hall. You can walk to the beach in 10-15 minutes. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a building completed in 2023. Theres an elevator in the building. TV, Wifi, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, balcony.

The house is located on the sea side of Raeküla, Pärnu town. Right near the beach park there. The area is nice and peaceful. It is also possible to go to the local beach. In the immediate vicinity of the house there is a wide light traffic road where you can walk, roller skate or ride a bike. There is parking for several cars in front of the house. It is possible to grill in the garden and spend time there. You can drink your morning coffee or meditate in another way on the second floor balcony protected from the rain by a roof. So that we have the opportunity to be outdoors even when it rains. At the same time, the house also has a spacious veranda protected by glass, where you can sit coolly. The house is spacious and bright. The kitchen has all the possibilities to prepare food if the guests want it. We have tried to furnish the summer home with everything that is essential for life, so that the guests only need to bring their personal belongings and come to rest comfortably. If there are things that we could not foresee, we are flexible and try to supplement them on an ongoing basis. However, the house is located in a quiet and peaceful street and slightly further away from the noise and bustle of the city. There is a playground 60 m from the apartment. The yard is perfect for a barbecue and you can also enjoy a view of Vallikäär, which is just 50 m from the house. You can park your car in the courtyard. Villa Marina was renovated with environmentally friendly materials. The price includes clean bed linen. Breakfast on request. The apartment has a lounge, kitchen, toilet/shower and 2 bedrooms (a room with a double bed for two persons and 2 single beds in room for two persons). In the apartment there is a TV set and WIFI. This compact, all-comfort cottage is located on the shores of a small waterfront in Kuiaru, Pärnu county. Pärnu’s city line is a 15-minute drive away. The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min). The bus schedule is not very busy (∼2 times a day) in the area, so a car is required to stay with us. There are parking spaces for several cars right next to the house. The newly built house has two cozy bedrooms, an open kitchen-living room and a bathroom. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. The hall has spacious closets for storing things. The bedrooms will accommodate four people, plus there is a sofa bed in the living room for two more guests. The house is surrounded by a large and spacious terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture and a built-in hot tub (sauna) with a bubble system. The terrace offers a beautiful view to the water, it is nice to go and cool yourself down in the summer, maybe even the first thing in the morning. :) Well-behaved pets are allowed, but please note that the property is not surrounded with a fence! Check-in from 3 pm, check-out at 11 am. Use of the hot-tub sauna is possible at an additional cost and needs to be booked in advance.
