A 1 bedroom apartment for max. 6 persons right in the centre of Pärnu, in the old town. The main street of old town (Rüütli) is only 100 m away. Nearby (view from the window) is a beautiful park with children's playground.
Within a short walking distance there are numerous shops, pubs, cafés, night clubs. The main beach is within 10 min waking distance.
The apartment is located in a more than 100 years old house and has been renovated in 2002.
The apartment is on two floors. On the lower floor there is a living room with open kitchen, combined shower room and WC. On the upper floor there is a modern open bedroom.
There are altogether beds for 4+2 people: beds for 4 upstairs and for 2 on the couch/bed in the living room downstairs, if required.
TV. Washing machine. Possibility of ironing.
Parking in front of the house (city parking rules and fees apply). Free parking zone begins 100 m away.
